I love tools, all kinds of tools! And the best shopping I know is to go to a hardware store and walk along the aisles, wondering what all those fascinating looking things on the shelves are meant for. But seriously, good tools really are essential in all assemling and repairing and crafting projects - otherwise it's all just blood, sweat and tears.
This week I'm challenging you to make a piece of art about tools. What is your favourite tool? Which tool is your nightmare? Which one of all the tools do you think is the most beautiful or the ugliest? Your piece can deal with tools in any way you choose - new tools or old ones, real tools or fantasy gear.
