CO Challenge #5 Chinese

"Chinese"
("kiinalainen" in Finnish)

It was just the Chinese New Year and that's why I thought we could celebrate the year of the tiger with Chinese theme.

Use this old soap commercial image or express the word "Chinese" some way in your collage. Or use both, a photo and a word. Word don't have to show up in your collage.

Post your creation to your blog or other website and leave a comment with a link to your collage.

(Click the image larger and save it to your computer, print it or use digitally. The image is public domain, so you can freely use it also with your other creations).

I actually have 2 pieces for this week's challenge. One, here, is a new piece

And the other I made for Soartful Saturday. The Chinese theme was just serendipity, but why argue with that.

I am in the process of learning PhotoShop and this challenge provided the opportunity to do a little practicing. I also have a passion for oriental themed art so had to experiment with this challenge.

Anyway, looking forward to next weeks challenge!
